life could be easier when you stop scrutinizing others just to save your ass! and be happy when people are celebrating!....understand people's needs. Two villains at work love complications. Everything is in order now and yet want a change of work schedule to resolve a problem, like really? Before you mess up with the schedules , i think you better consider people. I can't believe you  being so inconsiderate . Yeah, it's correct that we all have preferences but most of it are flexible and can be arrange! Why plan for a major, major change of work schedule? just prove you are so good, damn! you need to earn my respect , big time!
